Country Cottage Finish

I stitched this up for the Quilt for Older Children and Adults group and posted it to Pennsylvania on Monday, hoping it would arrive today.  I think the snowstorm on the east coast will delay it a bit. This is part of a year long SAL and hopefully I will get all 12 stitched in 2017.  Usually the SAL pieces are used as quilt fillers or sent to other groups for quilts.  Our group collaborates with stitching groups in the UK, Brazil and Australia.  I love stitching, especially for charity.

As I am typing this a very large squirrel crawled atop my fence, looked in the window and jumped on the roof.  A squirrel friend just joined him.  Hope they are having fun.

Joining in the March Madness

I thought I would join Measi on her "March Madness" journey of stitching on something different each day and attempting to post about it.  This evening I pulled out Country Cottage Needleworks "Ladybugs and Bumble Bees" to give it a little love.
