TUSAL January

Woo Hoo!!  I have managed to make a second post for TUSAL this year.  That is what happens when you upgrade to a smart phone.  I am too cheap to pay a monthly phone plan so I have been waiting for years, many years, for Trac Fone to add smart phones to their inventory.  Hurrah for my smart Samsung Galaxy Centura, it was worth the wait.  I love the little reminders I can program on the calendar and the easy access to my photos.  I shouldn't miss on TUSAL this year.

March TUSAL Report

I am a week late with my TUSAL/ORT report, I was having too much fun with my family during Spring Break.  Speaking of Spring, we have had some great weather in North Texas, nice and mild, perfect for yard work.

Here is my little plastic jar of threads to share with you.  It has the remains of EMS Designs Larkspur that I finished on the 1st and the bits from a secret project I finished on Sunday.  I will post about the "secret project" once it arrives at it's new home. 

Now I am of to empty my ORTs and start all over again.

As usual I am late with my report--at least it is not December yet. (Hehehe) My little jar is stuffed full, waiting to be emptied on 1 January just to start all over again.

TUSAL - AKA New Moon Report

Oh, I am so late with this post.  I forgot there were two new moons in August.  I did get some stitching done, tune in tomorrow for a post about a finish and some other Crazy stuff. 

Here is how my little jar looks today.  Getting full, but I just keep on squishing it all down.  It will be emptied on 1 Jan 2012 to start all over again.

TUSAL The Second July New Moon -- AKA The ORT Report

My little jar is filling up slowly.  Not much stitching done this month due to two weeks of vacation.  I need to get back at it.  Hope you all are having a great summer, we are roasting in Texas.  Please pray for rain for the farmers and thier animals.

TUSAL March New Moon

Another month has passed and I am a few days late with my New Moon post.  February was a great stitching month for me and I still ahve two finishes to post once the OWH Bloghop is finished.  March looks like it will be another great month for stitching in my house.  Have a great month.

Notice the white floss at the top of the jar, I am working on Bent Creek "Snow" and Mr Frog visited a few times.  Keeping my fingers crossed that he doesn't return.

TUSAL Jan New Moon

Here is my entry for the TUSAL.  It is not very full, I have only bee collecting since around Christmas time. My little jar is plastic, I decided on plastic with a  lid because I keep it in my stitching bag and it gets moved allot and I have three kids, two dogs and a husbands--I think you know what I am getting at.  It is just safer this way.   In it's former life it was a Blossom and Buttons Jar from Making Memories in the shade of Mocha--how exciting.  I took the picture early this morning in my kitchen as I was drinking my tea.  The jar still has a label on it that I plan to cover with  a stylish new ORT label--be looking for that next new moon.

Not only is this a TUSAL, but I have a house full of Totally Useless Calenders -- not one of them has the phases of the Moon on them.  How crazy is that?  Guess I need to go calender shopping today.
