Happy New Year to all!! 

I have updated my CJC 2013 Stitching list and completed my CJC WIP 2013 list so I am ready for the challenge. I won't start stitching and posting pics until the weekend as we are headed to Amarillo for a few days.

Happy Boxing Day!!

Good Morning!!  I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas Day.  We got the kids up at 7am to open presents, all three seemed very pleased with the bounty left by St Nick.  We spent a cozy day at home watching the rain and snow fall.  Yes, we had a White Christmas in Wichita Falls, rare but it happens.  Now we will have ice for until the weekend.  This may be all the winter we get -- usually only lasts a week or two then we are back to warm weather.  Although, I am secretly wishing that we have lots of cold chilly days like I experienced as a kid growing up in Delaware. 

Managed to get some photos of my latest stitching pieces to share with you.  They have been sitting around for a several days/weeks waiting for me to break out the camera.

This little piece I stitched up for Quilts for Older Children and Adults yahoo group.   I have one more piece to finish out the year for them.  I have already volunteered to stitch four more pieces for 2013. 

As for blog news, I have decided to start a new blog dedicated to my card making and I have challenged myself to make a card a day for 2013.  This blog will be dedicated to my stitching and my basket making.  So be on the look out for my new blog in the new year.
